Alayic
A UK-headquartered receptionist with prices in pounds, a phone number included on each plan, and a free account for test calls with no card. The pricing page does not print +44 next to the included number. We have not scored a call.
UK number
Yes
Each plan on the pricing page says 1 phone number is included, plus call forwarding. The contact page describes Alayic as UK-headquartered, serving the UK, the United States, and Canada, with prices in GBP, USD, and CAD. The help page walks through forwarding an existing number and gives UK carrier codes. We did not see the words +44 on the pricing page, and we did not open signup to inspect the number list.
Keep an existing number: their page says yes.

No set-up fee, on their pricing page.
The card says call bundles from 35p per minute. The FAQ says extra minutes on every plan, including after the inclusive bundle, are 35p. The illustration uses 35p for every minute and does not assume a cheaper bundle we could not see.

150 calls. Minute-priced plans use our assumption of 3 minutes each. Call-priced plans use 150 calls and ignore that assumption. Setup fees are left out. This does not change the public-facts number.

Trial and lines you can ring
The pricing and contact pages say you can create a free account, build an agent, and make test calls with no card and no contract. The demo page also embeds live call widgets for a pizza restaurant, a Dublin takeaway, a hair salon, and an internet provider. Those widgets did not include a telephone number as readable text on 4 November 2026, so no demo number from them is published here.
