My AI Front Desk

Also called Frontdesk. The pricing page is in dollars and does not mention the UK. A setup tutorial does document choosing a +44 number, with ID, a UK address, and a separate number fee shown only at checkout.

UK number

In a setup tutorial

The tutorial Reserve a standalone number lists the UK among the countries you can pick and shows a +44 step. It says UK clients are asked for identification and proof of residency with a UK address, that the number's monthly fee appears at checkout on top of the plan, and that Twilio verification usually takes 2–3 business days. The pricing page we read does not mention UK numbers. We have not opened an account, and we did not find a page that says you can keep your existing UK number.

Keep an existing number: not stated on the pages we used.

Published price

Table line: US$99/mo · 200 min · US$0.25/min after. Figures are the vendor's currency. Nothing here is a bill we have been sent.

  • Business-in-a-Box

    US$99 a month · 200 minutes · US$0.25 per minute after

Annual billing is shown as $79 a month. The plan includes 1,000 overage credits a month (1 credit = $0.01; voice is 25 credits a minute, so about 40 extra minutes) and then auto-reload at $10 per 1,000 credits. Partner and Enterprise prices are custom. The UK number fee is not in this price.

Source, checked 4 November 2026: “Answering phone calls starts at $99/mo on Business-in-a-Box, or $79/mo billed annually, and that includes 200 voice minutes. Voice (per minute) 25 credits. 1 credit = $0.01.”

Illustration, not a score

150 calls. Minute-priced plans use our assumption of 3 minutes each. Call-priced plans use 150 calls and ignore that assumption. Setup fees are left out. This does not change the public-facts number.

  • Business-in-a-Box: US$161.50 for 450 minutes (200 included, 250 extra). 150 calls. Where the plan is priced in minutes, we assume 3 minutes each (450 minutes). That duration is ours, not the vendor's. Setup fees are left out.

Trial and lines you can ring

The receptionist page says to start with a 7-day free trial. The pricing page says there is no permanently free plan, and that trial usage charges depend on the plan or a written offer. We found no public UK demo number. We did not start an account, so we are not calling this a no-card trial.

Source, checked 4 November 2026: “Frontdesk does not offer a permanently free plan. Trial included usage and any usage charges depend on your chosen plan or agreed written offer.”

No public UK demo number was readable on the pages we checked.

What they say, untested

  • Booking and transfers

The receptionist page lists live calendar booking and transfers. That is their claim. We have not tested it.

Source, checked 4 November 2026: “Live calendar booking and transfers. 7-day free trial, cancel any time.”
